If I previously created an account on NCBE’s website to complete the Character and Fitness Application, how do I now access that application?

To access a prior Character and Fitness Application, you will need to Create an NCBE Account or log in to your existing NCBE Account. You can use the NCBE Account Lookup to determine if you already have an NCBE account. Follow the instructions on the Character and Fitness tab inside your NCBE Account to link to your existing or previous Character and Fitness Application.
